Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing, seller handover, courier tracking, delivery attempts, split shipments and delays.
Serviceability
Delivery depends on PIN code, product restrictions, seller/warehouse availability and courier serviceability.
Processing and handover
After confirmation, the responsible seller/warehouse picks, checks, packs, labels and hands the parcel to the assigned courier. Handover may be recorded by AWB scan, manifest, OTP/signature or courier acknowledgement.
Shipping labels and AWB
Each shipment may receive an AWB/tracking number and shipping label. Multi-seller or multi-warehouse orders may generate multiple shipments and delivery dates.
Tracking
NOVYRA may consolidate courier events into one tracking page. Courier scans can be delayed or mapped differently across providers, so the latest displayed event is an estimate of network status.
Delivery attempts and NDR
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable or the address needs correction, the courier/NOVYRA may request instructions and schedule a re-attempt where supported.
RTO
After unsuccessful delivery attempts or unresolved address/payment issues, a shipment may be returned to origin. Refund/fee treatment depends on payment status, seller/courier responsibility, customer conduct and applicable policy.
Delays
Weather, strikes, festivals, disasters, regulatory checks, remote-area service, network disruptions and courier capacity can delay estimated dates. Customers should receive material delay updates where available.
High-value and controlled delivery
Certain orders may require delivery OTP, signature, identification, open-box procedure or additional verification where lawfully supported.
Lost or damaged shipments
Customers and sellers should report material loss/damage promptly. NOVYRA may coordinate courier investigation, proof-of-delivery review, replacement, refund or insurance claim based on evidence and applicable responsibility.
