How NOVYRA handles customer, seller, staff and visitor information.
Information collected
NOVYRA may process account details, contact information, addresses, KYC/business information, order/payment references, support messages, reviews, device/session data, security events and marketplace activity needed to operate the service.
Why it is used
Information may be used for account creation, authentication, fraud prevention, orders, delivery, payments, refunds, seller verification, support, analytics, personalization, legal compliance and consented marketing.
Sharing
Data may be shared with the relevant seller, courier, payment provider, KYC provider, messaging provider, cloud/hosting provider, professional adviser or authority when needed for service delivery, security or law. Raw payment-card credentials should remain with compliant payment providers.
Customer-seller data boundaries
A marketplace seller should receive only the information reasonably required to fulfil and support its portion of an order. Sellers are prohibited from using customer data for unrelated marketing or resale without lawful authorization.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use session cookies and browser storage for login state, cart, preferences, security and shopping features. Disabling essential storage can prevent account or checkout functions from working.
Retention
Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for transactions, disputes, accounting/tax, fraud prevention, security and legal obligations, after which they should be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Security
NOVYRA uses measures such as password hashing, CSRF protection, access controls, session security, 2FA support, audit logs and restricted KYC storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
User choices and rights
Users may update account information and communication preferences and may request access, correction or deletion where available under applicable law, subject to records that must be retained for transactions, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Children
The marketplace is not intended for independent use by children who cannot legally contract. A parent/guardian should supervise any permitted use by a minor.

Privacy and grievance contact information should be configured by the marketplace operator in Admin > Legal & Trust before public launch.
