Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
How order cancellation, reverse pickup, quality checks and refunds are handled.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancellable before dispatch or within the available cancellation stage. Once handed to a courier, cancellation may require delivery refusal or a return workflow.
Return window
The applicable return window is shown on the product/order where available. Category, hygiene, safety, customization, digital delivery, perishability and warranty rules can create exceptions.
Condition requirements
Returned products should generally include the correct product, accessories, serial/IMEI where applicable, manuals, tags and original packaging to the extent reasonably required for verification.
Reverse pickup
Eligible returns may create a reverse AWB/pickup. Customers should package the item securely and be available for scheduled pickup.
Quality check
Returned items may be inspected for identity, completeness, damage, use, tampering and serial/IMEI match. Legitimate claims for defective, wrong or damaged products should not be rejected merely because external packaging was opened for reasonable inspection.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, wallet/store credit or another lawful method as shown during processing. Bank/payment-provider settlement time is outside direct NOVYRA control.
Partial orders
Multi-item or multi-seller orders may be cancelled/refunded at item or shipment level. Discounts, gifts, loyalty points, shipping fees and seller settlement may be recalculated.
Abuse prevention
Return substitution, empty-box claims, altered serial numbers, deliberate damage or repeated fraudulent refund activity may be investigated and can lead to account restrictions where lawful.
Warranty
Some defects after the return period may be covered by seller/manufacturer warranty rather than marketplace return. The product page/invoice should identify available warranty information.
