Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy
Products sellers must not list without lawful authorization or at all.
Illegal and stolen goods
Any item whose sale, possession, import, export or transport is unlawful, stolen, smuggled or subject to an active recall is prohibited.
Counterfeit and IP-infringing goods
Fake branded goods, pirated media/software and products that unlawfully use another party’s copyright, trademark, patent or design are prohibited.
Weapons and explosives
Firearms, ammunition, explosives and other regulated weapons or weapon components may not be listed unless the platform has an explicit lawful restricted-category program and all required approvals.
Drugs, controlled substances and unsafe chemicals
Illegal drugs, controlled substances, unauthorized prescription medicines, dangerous poisons and hazardous chemicals are prohibited or restricted according to applicable law.
Alcohol, tobacco and age-restricted goods
Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine and other age-restricted products require specific licensing, age controls and platform approval; otherwise they are prohibited.
Unsafe, medical or regulated products
Unapproved medical devices, unsafe supplements, mislabeled cosmetics/foods and products requiring licences/certifications may be removed until required evidence is supplied.
Wildlife and protected materials
Protected wildlife, ivory, endangered-species products and unlawfully sourced environmental materials are prohibited.
Personal data and financial instruments
Stolen credentials, personal databases, bank accounts, payment instruments, counterfeit currency and unauthorized financial products are prohibited.
Obscene, exploitative or harmful material
Illegal sexual content, child sexual abuse material, exploitative content and items that facilitate serious harm are prohibited.
Evasion
Sellers must not evade these rules using coded names, hidden descriptions, misleading categories, external payment links or bundles.
