Authenticity
Reviews should reflect genuine experience. Verified-purchase indicators may be used where transaction data supports them.
No manipulation
Buying reviews, coordinated rating attacks, seller self-reviews, undisclosed incentives and fabricated experiences are prohibited.
Relevant content
Reviews and Q&A should focus on the product, seller experience or order issue relevant to the page. Spam and unrelated advertising may be removed.
Respect and privacy
Do not post threats, harassment, hate, obscene abuse, phone numbers, addresses, payment details or other unnecessary personal information.
Media
Uploaded photos/videos must be lawful and owned or authorized by the uploader. Content may be resized, moderated or removed for safety and platform operation.
Moderation
NOVYRA may hide, remove or investigate content that violates policy, appears fraudulent, creates legal risk or exposes personal/security information.
